Required Skills/Background:
5+ years core server side java programming experience
Linux/Unix knowledge and comfortable developing in that environment
Strong SQL ability
Computer Science or equivalent degree
Knowledge of Object Oriented design and development
Familiarity with N-Tier/Distributed Architectures
Motivated and self sufficient
Communicates clearly and effectively
Bonus:
Experience in multi-threaded environments
Spring/POJO/IOC
XML/XSLT experience
AJAX/JQuery/CSS/HTML experience
Rule Based Systems experience
