Job description :

·         Assess, prioritize and delegate reporting workload among team members.

·         Work with the internal analyst, data architect and database administration teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

·         Work with the team to develop level of effort estimates based on the requirements provided by the customer.

·         Communicate level of effort to the Program Management team.

·         Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders – immediately communicate any deviations to the established project schedule.

·         For cases where there are schedule deviations, work with the team to come up with alternative strategies in order to bring the Program back to green in terms of schedule.

·         Maintain open communications to ensure that goals and expectations are being met by the team.

·         Create, update and monitor project schedules and tasks lists to ensure that deliverables are produced on time and with quality.

·         Ensure that project documentation, like technical specifications and Run Books, are created according to the standards prescribed by Maricom and the customer.

·         Ensure that code is optimized and running as planned.

·         Work with other Program teams to obtain relevant benchmarks regarding code/workflow performance within the environment.

·         Ensure that the appropriate life cycle is followed and that quality checks, like unit testing, peer reviews and code reviews, are completed.

·         Escalate any material issues that could impact the successful delivery of the project to the internal management team.

·         Lead by example and ensure that the team is meeting all conduct and behavior standards.
