Need to haves:
.NET (ASP and C#), SQL Server, MVC, Visual Studio, Serena, TFS.
Nice to haves:
SAP, Java, ABAP, XI/PI, BizTalk, Redwood, Silverlight, SSRS.
Candidates should meet the following knowledge requirements:
Five years of recent, full-time, experience in .NET web application
programming, including MVC and SQL Server.
Ability to work in an Agile development environment with paired
programming assignments
Advanced .NET debugging skills
Principles and techniques of systems analysis, design and testing
Principles of program documentation
Principles of report, screen, and form design
Develop and code complex programs for .NET web applications
Develop test data and analyze performance problems in programs
Recognize the critical elements of application problems, develop and
evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations
Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally
and in writing
Write clear and logical program documentation
Work effectively and cooperatively with administrators, staff, users,
project consultants and vendors
Meet established priorities and schedules
