Location:        Minneapolis, MN – Locals or near by  states prefered

Duration:        12 months

SAP OM/PA HCM Functional Business Analysts

Need 10 year of experince

·         Minimum 5 years SAP HCM Configuration experience in one or both of the following (OM, PA)

·         Preferred Skill Requirements:

·         Requirements gathering/Functional Design

·         Global Implementation experience

·         Experience leading Fit/Gap sessions

·         Execute Test Cases

·         SAP HCM Implementation experience

·         Experience in Implementation with large data conversion environment

·         Adobe Interactive Forms

·         Cross SAP module experience

·         Understanding of SAP HR ABAP

·         Extensive business process and functional knowledge

·         Professional Skill Requirements

·         Ability to work as a team member

·         Collaboration skills

·         Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

·         Desire to work in an information systems environment

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills
