Specialized experience for the position:The chosen candidate will assist our client in the development of the Next Generation of Case Management and Electronic Case Filing system (CM/ECF). In this position the candidate will be expected to modify and develop source code using Java/J2EE. The inventory of tools used to maintain the existing CM/ECF and to develop the Next Generation of CM/ECF are Java, JSF, RichFaces, Hibernate and Rest Web Services. The client is also looking for strong communications skills, both oral and written. This position is located close to Union Station offering commuting options.

Minimum Education/Experience: The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience.  Eight (8) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience including at least five projects in technical areas included in Section C.  At least one project must have occurred within the past (3) years.

Required experience with the following:
o   Java/J2EE - minimum 4 years of experience
o   JSF 2.0 -  minimum 1 year of experience
o   JSF 1.x - minimum 3 years of experience

Preferred experience with the following:
o   JAX-RS - min 1 year
o   JPA - min 1 year
o   Hibernate - min 1 year
o   Restful Web services - min 1 year
o   Primefaces or similar user interface frameworks (HTML, CSS, AJAX) - min 1 year
WebSphere Portal

o   PERL          o   JavaScript         
o   C                o   XML, Jason
o   UNIX Shell Script          o   JavaScript         
o   Application server such as Tomcat or JBoss
o   SQL and Stored Procedures in RDBMS
