Position: PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager   
Location:  Jacksonville, FL
Duration:  6+ months 

Job Description:
Sr. IT PM will organize and lead one or more PeopleSoft HCM projects (ranging in size and complexity) 

Skills Needed:
•5+ years of project management experience in managing PeopleSoft HCM projects/solutions involving transition/replacement and/or enhancement/upgrade/maintenance of applications.
•Experienced IT Project Managers with knowledge of current IT SDLC methodologies
•Experience with EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) environment 
•Will follow the company's project management methodology including the development and communication of project artifacts and reports (e.g. business case, project charter, project budget, resource plan, project plan / timeline, and project related reports for various audiences).  Should be comfortable developing communications to, and presenting to senior management.
•Responsible for project deliverables, issue resolution, project risk management and project budget management.  
•Manage the SDLC deliverables through strong collaboration.
•PMP is not required, but a huge plus with a demonstrated experience with concepts, theories and processes of Project Management Methodology
•Experience working with iterative software development methodology is a plus.
