Title: QA Tester/ Java Programmer

Location: St. Louis, MO 63141 (Chesterfield)
Duration: 6 month contract
Pay Rate: $35/hr
Must-haves
5+ years of QA exp.
Understands traditional waterfall testing
Ability to build test scripts from scratch
Jr. level exp with Java programming (4 -6/10)
Experience testing utilizing Eclipse

This person will be assigned to a specific development group. They will be responsible for looking at the business requirements and writing up the test cases. They will need to be able to look at them and ask 1) Is this testable? 2) How is this testable? And 3) Is it a candidate for automation? They will then code in java to automate the test scripts. They will also be responsible for assisting key business users (product owners) with backlog creation and grooming as well as creating and managing defects in Quality Center.
