Job Title : IT Support Specialist(4 Positions)

Location : IN-Indianapolis

Duration : 7 months

Rate : 15-18 $/hr on C2C/1099

 

Description :

 

Ø  Experience Level: (Intermediate, 3 - 5 Years Experience).

Ø  Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

Ø  Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.

Ø  Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

Ø  May require an associates degree in a related area or 3 - 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Ø  Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.

Ø  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Ø  Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

Ø  Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

Ø  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

 

Skills Required:

 

Ø  Technician is needed to support the tech refresh and scripted deployment of Windows 7.

Ø  Technician will be responsible for execution of scripts, asset tracking of legacy equipment and new equipment, and workstation decommission.

Ø  Tech will be working with a coordinator via a bridge line that will provide detailed instructions for what is required for the migration effort.

Ø  Tech will arrive onsite at 1pm local time, dial into the ATOS Bridge Line, coordinate with the end user, dial into the JPMC Bridge Line and begin the migration.

Ø  If the migration activity is not complete by the time the end user has to leave the site, tech will let it run for the duration of the evening in a secured location.

Ø  Tech will return in the morning at 7am and confirm completion of the build.

Ø  Support should be complete by no later than 10am.
