J2EE Required 7 Years
XML Required 5 Years
Rational Unified Process (RUP) Required 5 Years
Rational Software Architect (RSA) v7.0 and above Required 5 Years
DB2/UDB Nice to have 5 Years
Good communication skills Required
JAVA Required 7 Years
Architecting Web Based Systems Required 3 Years
Team Lead Required 3 Years
JSF  Required 5 Years
