Job Description 6+month assignment Located in Carmel, IN

-          Interface with the business and vendor project managers to ensure the project is staying on track.

-          Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings to ensure technical issues are being addressed and to provide project status.

-          Produce project status reports.

-          Process requests for funding, statement of work change requests, and ensure the team is following internal processes for engagement and changes.

-          Perform other project manager duties as required.

At a high level, the project will encompass the following changes to the environment:

-          Installation of a new Avaya Aura Communication Manager environment

-          Deployment of over 1400 telephone stations

-          Installation of a new Avaya voicemail system

-          Installation of a new Avaya IVR

-          Installation of Call Center reporting systems

-          Installation of a new predictive dialer

-          Installation of new ancillary telecommunications devices to interconnect the environment

-          Implementation of new softphones on call center agent desktops

-          Integration of the above with current systems and remote locations

We are looking to obtain a resource with the following skills:

-          Strong project management skills

-          Solid background of implementing telecommunications environments

-          Implementations would include voice over IP, SIP, and other cutting edge technologies

-          Strong communication skills

-          Solid understanding of telecommunications and call center technical and business environments
