Title: UC Voice Support Engineer

Duration: 3+ months

Location: Rancho Mirage(Southern), California

 

Job Description:

 

UC (Unified Communications) Voice Support Engineer to be onsite support for day to day tickets, work orders, and to do some training.

This person to be onsite only 3 days a week with 1-2 days remote work.

This person will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and support of Cisco UC, CM, Unity, ER, Call Center Express, Singlewire, Informacast, and ARC AT Console.

 

Required Skills:

Certification: CCVP

 

Skillsets/Tasks associated with:

Moves, adds, and changes

Contact Center Express maintenance and modification

Unity – Voicemail and Call Handlers
