Position : EDI GIS Gentran/Sterling Integrator
Location : Buffalo Grove, IL
Contract : 12 months + extensions

Interview Immediate sure shot placement
Rate : 45/hr on C2C Max
Must-haves :
Mapping Skills in GIS 4.3 up to SI 5.2.4 (SI is Sterling Integrator which bought Gentran)- have to have Sterling Integrator 5.x experience.
EDI experience is necessary, even if the experience is on other transaction sets
Knowledge of the GIS/SI Map Editor
Experience with Translation of EDI and Flat Files to and from Internal application systems
Must be able to navigate in the GIS/SI dashboard (almost any mapper should be familiar)
SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
understanding of receiving a mapping spec from the business
Unit Testing (on the map editor on the desktop in this case)
End to End testing (drop a file in SFG and let it run all the way through to the end system
Getting sign off and migration to production
