Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Storage Engineer to participate in capacity management, performance management, preventive maintenance, diagnosing complex issues, and work with various technology disciplines in troubleshooting service deficiencies. This role will also analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues in a timely and accurate fashion ensuring the availability of all storage systems. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that Storage system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards, best practices and within compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications Required:
5+ years experience in administering, troubleshooting, and supporting Hitach USPv, VSP, HP EVA, Netapp class storage systems.
10 + years experience in capacity planning systems and storage in a "real-time" or near "real-time" environment
10+ years experience in Systems and/or Network Administration
7+ years experience designing, implementing and managing virtual storage environments. Hands on experience with Hitachi USPV, HP, Netapp.
7+ years experience designing, implementing and administrating SAN replication technologies in multi-site environments
Demonstrated competency in SAN Architecture to its core levels
Experience with Enterprise backup and recovery products such as Comvault.
Highly proficient in all aspects of Cisco MDS Director Storage Switches Working knowledge of file systems such as Veritas / Linux, Windows
