Need a Business Analyst, but one with very strong Mobility project experience (Mobility Technology and Applications). Not Mobile Apps for iPhones, but Mobile products and apps for meter readers and similar products.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
5+ years of progressive corporate IT experience.
Experience and skill working with end-users to determine what their needs are.
Demonstrated ability to drill down into each business requirement to ensure that what is being asked is actually what is needed and feasible.
Well-developed oral and written communications skills
Able to clearly and concisely express information ( or data) to technical or non-technical associates, peers and management.
Able to translate what the user is asking for into a technical form that the client/server programmer or web developer can understand.
Experienced in writing functional specification and use cases.
Sound understanding of IT process knowledge (Service Desk, Change Control (Production Moves), Project Management...)
Experienced working with Application Developers.
Ability to manage testing team and business sourced testing resources.
Demonstrated ability to manage each cycle of testing and ensure that all prerequisites (set-up) requirements are achieved.
Solid skills with Microsoft Project EPM - Product Support and Reporting.
Solid understanding of Financials and Budgeting.
Microsoft Office Suite and other IT Tools as necessary.
Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
Strong Attention to detail.
Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.
