This person will be working in the run team in a production environment for this company. They will learn the functionality of the various applications to understand how application modifications will translate into possible environment configuration changes. This role is a deployment coordinator with respect to coordinating the existing and new production environment demands and collaborating with all functional areas of IT. They need to have a background in Java development so they can properly build the deployment plans and understand development methodologies. They will be working with system design and implementation in specific areas including networking/database management, security, SOA, virtualization, load balancing, and clustering.

 

Must-haves
3-5 years of Java Development. J2EE framework
Websphere - they need to know the websphere configuration changes when deploying a Java application
Experience building a deployment plan, coordinating the deployments
Oracle SQL, Web Services development
BPM (Business Process Manager) /ilog
