Job Description:
Looking for folks with very strong communication skills, enjoys collaborative learning, remains calm and focused during escalations, and enjoys problem solving.
On call pager support is required about 1 week per month.
The Java support issues are often directly customer impacting, which requires a sense of urgency as well as a strong comfort level with engaging our business involvement for quick resolution.
Experience in production support, Wiley, ITIL process, and leading small teams are all a plus!
