Position Title : Java Developer(Lead)

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration  : 6-12 Months + Contract 

Job Description & Skills :

• Consistently applies learned processes, procedures to include (however not limited to) the software development lifecycle and/or release processes. 
• Receives more complex work packages from manager/delegates. 
• Develops accurate estimates, and creates project and component work packages based on specifications.

Key Technologies – Either :

• Front End UI Development: Java/J2EE, Core Java, GWT or AWT/Swing, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Hibernate, Tomcat
• OR 
• Backend: JBOSS, JMS/ActiveMQ, EJB, Hibernate, MySQL Cluster/Oracle, Solr/Lucene

Desired Skills & Experience :

• Bachelors degree and 8 years of IT work experience. 
• 3+ years of practical core Java, J2EE, and Object Oriented Programming experience. 
• Advanced knowledge of Webservices development 
• 4+ years client side development experience. 
• 4+ years of server side development experience. 
• 3+ years of SOLR/Lucene experience. 
• 2+ years Java Swing AWT client side development experience.
• Understanding of integration. 
• 2+ years leading teams of developers implement large distributed projects. 
• 3+ years hands on experience on design and development of web applications using J2EE.
• Experience in scalable server application development
