Job Description:

As a Rubyist on our team you will be responsible for delivering great software as working code in a pioneering social commerce platform. We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails developer to join our core team maintaining and continuing to develop our technology.

The candidate:

·         Must enjoy working as a critical member of a fast-paced team.

·         Will have substantial interaction with business stakeholders and technology teammates as we prioritize and refine.

·         Deliver world-class software solutions that people love to use.

·         Effectively use git and github with team to frequently integrate and deploy to our shared test environments.

·         Be Agile – embrace the growth and changes inherent in building a social commerce platform.

·         Should make suggestions on improving our development process – communicate with your team and the business stakeholders.

·         Say it in Code - Deliver in the form of running code – with supporting documents.

·         Ensure code is idiomatic ruby, compliant with team and community style/standards.

Essential Skills:

·         Ruby on Rails

·         HTML

·         CSS3

·         Java Script

·         JQuery

·         AJAX

·         2 – 5 years experience on ROR Development
