Senior Developer

Here's a high level of what we are looking for in the on-site candidate in decreasing order of priority:
 
1) Linux
2) Python
3) Mango and/or Redis
4) Vagrant
5) Chef
6) Erlang

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a senior level of technical ability/experience, this implies ability to:
  • self manage for a week at a time, minimum
  • ive accurate estimates of his own to-do times
  • give and receive code reviews
  • mentor other engineers on the technologies above
  • Recommend in which areas of a project effort will be most effective
