Job Description

Job Position    Senior Developer

Experience      8 + years of experience in Java MINIMUM with at least 3 years of experience in Eclipse Technology

Eclipse Technology    Plug-in Development Environment (PDE), RCP, EMF, GEF, GMF, SWT, Jface, OSGI, Eclipse 3.x/4.x

Design At least 2 years of design experience with exposure to data modeling/UML.

MVC Frameworks      Struts / Spring or any other MVC Frameworks

Web technologies       JSP's, Servlets

IDE's   Eclipse or any other industry standard IDE's

Web/App Servers       Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, Pramati (any 2)

Databases       MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, My SQL, (any 3)

Unit Testing Framework         JUnit, EasyMock (any one)

Other Technologies    JMS, Hibernate

Key Responsibilities

1.Contribute in all Phases of development process

2.Analyze, design and build component based applications.

3.Perform hands-on coding

4.Mentor junior developers and assists in architecture solutions

Apart from the above it is also required to have well experienced in

1.Strong core java skills

2.Profiling java applications and trouble shooting performance experience

3.Need to possess in-depth knowledge of working on high volume, low latency applications.

4.Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
