Role: Remedy Architect

Location: Bentonville, AK

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Description:

 

•                    Should have 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with minimum 5 years experience of developing Remedy AR System solutions.

•                    Good understanding of complex business issues and to develop and communicate effective solutions with Integrated Services Management products in complex business environments.

•                    ITIL Foundation is must & Practitioners is highly desirable.

•                    Must have strong working knowledge on CMDB-BMC Remidy.

•                    Experience in managing software implementation/integration projects such as BMC Remedy / Oracle / SAP, etc. is a must, and direct Remedy experience is highly desirable

•                    In-depth experience on the Remedy AR System engine and ITSM suite – Remedy Helpdesk, Remedy Change Management, Remedy Asset Management, Remedy Service Level Agreements.

•                    Proven accomplishments and success in customizing, integrating and implementing enterprise software solutions.

•                    Excellent problem solving, research and analysis, technical, team building, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

•                    Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing, presentation and relationship skills

•                    Manage projects deploying Integrated Services Management products and integrating web content and applications

•                    A self-starter willing to tackle new and challenging problems

 

Key skills required: (in the order of priority)

 

·         Remedy AR System engine and  ITSM suite Web Services

·         BMC Remedy Helpdesk,

·         BMC  Remedy Change Management,

·         BMC  Remedy Asset Management,

·         BMC Remedy Service Level Agreements.

·         ARS 7.1 must

·         ITSM V7.5 must.

·         ITIL Foundation a must

·         ITIL Practitioners a plus

·         ITSM V7.6 plus.

·         ARS 7.5 plus

·         JavaScript

 

·         Good knowledge of Remedy adapters & ex

·         perience in integration of Remedy with other applications like HP OV, Tivoli, Netcool, SAP, Billing apps, CRM, provisioning s/w etc . Knowledge of Web Services technology is plus
