Location: Jacksonville, F

Job requirements
1-3recent years of experience with Salesforce focused projects
Well versed with technical concepts/terminologies of Salesforce sales/marketing platform
Strong experience documenting systems requirements for applications based on SalesForce sales/marketing platform
Experience documenting data interfaces between Salesforce objects and external applications
Experience documenting systems requirements for web based applications. Experience with consumer shopping applications will be plus.
Extensive experience of conducting JAD/JAR sessions and documenting detailed technical systems
Familiarity with concepts/terminologies of health insurance products
Familiarity with health care exchange concepts/terminologies will be a plus
Experience with key analysis/testing tools – Rational ReqPro, HP Quality Center
 
Job description:
Perform analysis and design duties for Salesforce.com related projects
Consult with business stakeholders, understand business problem/need, identify and evaluate alternate IT solutions (manual and automated), identify impacted systems and processes
Plan/conduct JAD/JAR sessions with business stakeholders, project team, and multiple IT teams to gather business requirements and/or technical systems requirements.
Decompose high level business requirements into detailed business rules, detailed technical systems requirements, User Interface flows, system interfaces
Create detailed Business Requirements Specifications, detailed Systems Requirements Specifications, using alternate views such as process/work flows, diagrams, models, use cases, data mappings/crosswalks for our web based consumer shopping and enrollment application and Salesforce.com hosted marketing/sales/service application for various health, life, dental, and supplemental insurance products
Prepare detailed data mappings/crosswalks for system integrations
For agile scrum projects, perform scrum master role as well as prepare user stories, story points, scrum reports
Create test scenarios to verify documented systems requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
