Java J2EE Web / Server development  Required 10 Years  
JBoss/Weblogic Enterprise Application development and configuration Required 3 Years  
Spring Framework Development  Required 3 Years  
Hibernate Required 3 Years  
Oracle Required 5 Years  
Apache Web server Required 3 Years  
Developing Enterprise SOA Web Services using WSDL, XSD, JAXB, SOAP, AJAX Required 3 Years  
COBOL migration to Java (Knowledge in reading COBOL programs) Highly desired 1 Years
