Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science
Expert in JavaScript, with 5 Years using JavaScript.
JDBC - % years minimum
Spring Framework - 2 years minimum
Websphere highly desired (will accept Weblogic, JBoss, or other Application Server as a second choice, but not a simple web server like TomCat). 2 years
Relational Database experience, Prefer Oracle - 2 years minimum
Ajax - 2 years minimum (Dojo or JQuery or other Ajax framework)
HTML with decent GUI development capabilities (not necessary Guru level but needs to write JSPs).
1 year at a large company with an IT department over 100 people
Web Services or Great GUI skills. Css5
