Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant
Location: Evansville, IN
Length: 6+ months
Must have 5-7 years of Oracle Functional HRMS/HCM expertise
Must have Key Modules:
Core HR
Self Service HR
Oracle Advanced Benefits
Compensation Workbench
Resource must have EBS 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 upgrade experience.
Resource must be able to instill confidence in customer as the client upgrades and optimizes their HR functionality.
Strong leadership skills
Strong client facing and communication skills.
