Job Description:

Technical Relationship Manager : Lead .Net Developer

Need someone with .Net background and who can handle onsite/offshore coordination.

Need Sr. .Net Project Lead who can handle client communication as well as can generate more business through existing (a bit of Business development)

Should have H1B visa with Minimum Validity of 1 yr.

Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Duration : Long Term

Required Qualification:

Ø  Relevant Work Experience of min 10 + years

Ø  Education: B.E/B. Tech required;  MBA from a premiere institution a plus

Required Skills and Attributes:

Ø  Self-Driven, confident and proactive

Ø  Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills

Ø  Good interpersonal, networking and stakeholder management skills

Ø  Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ø  Hands on application deployment skills, customer handling at CIO level

Required Experience:

Ø  Five to Seven years' experience leading a team of highly competent technology leads onsite and directly supporting end-customers

Ø  Should have worked on an Onsite-offshore model with at least a fifty member team size

Job Description:

Ø  An Anchor position and a Key Leadership Role targeted at enterprise-level accounts

Ø  Responsibility to deliver Projects/ Releases to very stringent deadlines in complex technology and mission-critical environments

Ø  Leading a team of highly competent technology leads onsite and taking responsibility for all deliverables

Ø  Extensive coordination with offshore to integrate development done in offshore and ultimately taking responsibility to deploy onsite

Ø  Ability to people plan, project plan and budget in close coordination with the customer

Ø  Responsibility to maintain a strong relationship with designated customer contacts, and develops an in-depth understanding of the customer environments and technology deployment roadmap

Ø  Willingness to travel to India to interact with offshore team.
