Job Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst
Location: Des Moines, IA
Duration: 12 months
This PM resource will work closely with the developer. Experience working as a BA will be crucial as well as this resource will wear a PM hat, but will also need to function as a BA gathering requirements and working closely with the development team.
Additional background check requirements may apply due to the sensitive nature of the data.
The Ideal Candidate must have :
experience with software development projects and estimating software development efforts.
the ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
experience with documenting software requirements and may have been a business analyst on other projects.
experience with software integration projects with both web based and mainframe applications.
A work history demonstrating dependability.
4-6 years project management & analyst experience
3+ years MS Project experience
Strong facilitation skills
Ability to gather business requirements and facilitate meetings
Ability to work within ITE's project management and SDLC processes
PMI designation desirable
Possess strong communications skills
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating
Project Management Experience Required 6 Years
S Project Required 3 Years
Facilitate meetings Required 6 Years
Gather requirements Required 6 Years
Ability to work within SDLC Processes Required 6 Years
Support of a development environment with rapidly changing requirements for customer testing and implementation of web and open system applications Required
