Job Title : Senior SAP BI/BW Consultant With SRM
Location : Sacramento CA
Duration : 2+ month contract
Job Description: Job Description The SAP Senior BW Consultant will be a subject matter expert in the field of SAP BI/BW, charged with developing and deployment of SAP BI solutions for the customer, specifically in the area of SRM. Responsibilities The SAP Senior BI Consultant will be responsible for hands-on development in BI/BW with experience in extracting and writing reports based on SRM 7.0 and meeting related project delivery requirements. This individual must have strong expertise in SAP BW 7.0 and BEx and will work closely with senior business users from the client. Other responsibilities include: * Development of detailed functional and Technical specifications * Requirements gathering from functional business owners * All aspects of SAP BI implementation including Extraction, Transformation and Loading. * Developing BEx reports * Developing test plans and conducting testing Required skills * Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum of 7 years of SAP BI experience with at least 3 full life cycle implementations * At least 1 full lifecycle project involving SAP SRM data extraction and modeling in BW * Good working knowledge of ABAP * SAP BI extraction using standard and enhanced data extractor and available development tools for SAP and non-SAP data sources with strong Data Modeling Skills. * Experience with ECC 6.0 * Working knowledge on SAP Business Objects tools: Web Intelligence; Crystal Report; Analysis for OLAP * Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation. Strong consulting skills with ability to work within a team environment.
