Position: Java Developer with Cisco

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 8+ months

Job Description:

Strong background in J2EE/Java applications, web applications, databases and Large scale Architectures.

• 3-4 years of experience providing post production application support/on call support dealing with internal/external customers/users.

• Experience (3-5 years) programming with Java and XML based products.

• Minimum of 5+ years of Hands-on experience in software development.

• Must have experience with Network Technologies (Cisco device knowledge)

          Networking protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, SNMP, Telnet, and SSH technologies

• Experience (3-4 years) Unix/Linux

• Webserver & Application server knowledge

• Geo understanding of Network Management System architectures

Certifications:

•         Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent

•         Java certification(must)

•         Oracle certification(preferred)

•         CCNA (preferred)
