Experience Required:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience or background in business analysis, requirements definition, building systems solutions, and deployment/management of business requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Detail-oriented
• Good organizational skills; able to assemble and present information clearly and succinctly
• Balance multiple priorities successfully
• Customer service focus
• General knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
