Contract Length: 4months

Scope of work

The following sections describe the work to be performed under this contract. The Contractor will provide

an estimate for the time and effort required to implement the deliverables prior to implementation.

Completion of these items will be subject to available funding and resources.

· Design and implementation of CS OCIO user focused SharePoint presence, including support for

particular business processes, covering the main OCIO information, financial management, governance

and other group web presence as time permits.

· Toolset and documentation for integrating use of SharePoint with other Microsoft business applications

including Excel, Word, Exchange and Access.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification Requirements are 5 years of experience with building user focused SharePoint sites

and infrastructure.

· Expertise in finding and adapting existing site templates, layouts and web parts, and building re-usable

and well regarded interfaces.

· Expertise in integrating across the Microsoft toolkit to provide an seamless user environment for

collaborative activities that use applications such as Excel, Word and Exchange and that are supported

through a common SharePoint infrastructure.
