This project focus is building a Web application that will automate the process of tracking, and monitoring activities involved with linking HIV clients to care or reingaging HIV clients back in care.  As well as has a need to collect and report performance measures for Federal reporting. ODH is a Microsoft shop and the skillsets that are needed are MVC, Entity Framework, Linq, C#.Net, ASP.NET, .NET 4.0 and SQL Server 2012, Java Script, CSS.  The developers will work as part of team currently consisting of four developers, one business analyst, one tester.   

Duties will include:

Ø  Create C# code for ASP.NET forms based application.

Ø  Work with Model View Controller throughout the application (MVC)

Ø  Use Linq and Entity Framework

Ø  Create and modify SQL Server tables, views, stored procedures, triggers & functions.

Ø  Write SQL code to query, update or extract data.

Ø  Create unit tests.

Ø  Participate in system integration testing and fixing bugs.

Ø  Utilize configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools and other environment specific software tools in support of the software development process.

Ø  Participate in code reviews, walk-throughs, daily stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Sprint Planning  and other project meetings.

Ø  Estimate timelines based on assigned tasks.
