The profile needs to have strong Finance knowledge/background along with Intercompany functionality and Inventory/Manufacturing Costing expertise
Need to directly interact with Cost Accountants and Finance Controllers and hence sound Finance knowledge is essential
Need to have thorough knowledge on the impact of costing in Finance
