Job Title: SQL DBA/Developer

Duration : 6 month Contract
Required Skills
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE: Expertise with Log shipping and Mirroring, also experience with SQL Server 2008R2 and SQL Server 2012 is a plus
Our travel system currently lives in a 3rd party hosted data center.
This project is to exit that 3rd party data center.
To accomplish this, we will be setting up database replication from the 3rd party host center to our own data center in Trumbull.
Then setting up bi-directional data replication from Trumbull to Westerville so that we can easily flip between an "A" side and a "B" side in an attempt for 9999 availability.
A candidate with a single bullet of "implemented mirroring and log shipping for Disaster Recovery" under the job responsibilities is not going to make the cut. We are looking for someone with extensive experience who has done the replication between multiple data-centers and the ability to flip between the 2.
