Job Description:Role: Sr. Weblogic developer 
Location: McLean, VA
Locals to VA/DC/MD only
2 Phone rounds  + 1 F2F required

EAD/TN/GC/Citizens only
Start : ASAP
End: 12/31/2014
Prefer candidates with Banking/Mortgage clients  (EX Freddie Mac,Fannie Mae,Wells Fargo,BOA etc)
Minimum 8-10 years of experience required.


Typical Responsibilities :
·         Understand Business Requirements; participate in Requirements Analysis; identify solutions working with Architects;design Applications based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype if necessary, develop, unit test and deploy application.
·         Comply with the department /EA application standards and general industry based Java/JEE based application development principles, theories, concepts, documentation and techniques.
·         Contribute and participate in producing high quality of design and code via reviews.
·         Provide production support that includes evaluate defects, investigate cause and come up with solutions to address defects.
·         Experience working with weblogic (v 10.3.6 or higher)
·         Understands and has experience with Java Server Faces (JSF)
·         User Interface (UI) development experience is a plus
·         Working knowledge of Sybase.
