Title: Change Manager
Duration: 5-12+ months
Location: Twin Cities, MN
Job Description:
Works with Change Management Lead to plan to coordinate and implement activities for the Fulfillment Optimization program
Works with business team to understand processes design and users performing process activities
Develops impact assessment, including specific changes from current state and future state
Provides input and supports development of change network
Coordinate communications processes and activities
Develop overall communication plan, themes and messages
Develop communications materials
Develop central repository of communications materials
Develop education and training plan
Coordinate education and training conducts
Develop and maintain education and training schedules
Participant schedules
Instructor schedules
Facilities schedules
Work with the teams and project Manager to solve and mitigate risk
Multichannel experience
Experience with leading or participating in business readiness change not IT Changes
Experience doing retail implementation large scale (over 300 stores ) (preferred)
Experience creating change plans and communications
Communications planning and development
Work planning and project engagement skills
Supply chain/ order management or fulfillment experience.
