JOB TITLE: TIBCO DEVELOPER WITH SALESFORCE OR PEOPLESOFT EXPERIENCE 
LOCATION: SAN DIEGO, CA.
DURATION: 6+ MONTHS CONTRACT.

MUST BE 9+ Year Candidate

Core Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality and integration of the solution architecture, design integrity and integration between different enterprise and legacy systems.
Develops, maintains and enforces the overall architecture and design for front office, mid office and integration systems
Provide solution insights, direction and methodologies of different integration styles.
Review and provide input on detailed design specifications and proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks.
Design a technical architecture solution that spans multiple platforms including integration across different systems.
Provide input to development teams regarding solution gaps and desired enhancements.

Education:
BS degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS or equivalent.

Experience:
5+ years of technical implementations including Systems integration and solution architecture experience.
3+ years of experience working in an agile/scrum and test driven development environment.
Expertise in integration styles and SOA/EAI design principles and implementations is a must.
Be able to understand the big picture and think holistically with a clear methodical approach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Being able to articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for the overall technical architecture.
Experience using TIBCO-BW, Business events rules, decision manager and EMS
Experience in performance analysis and tuning of Business Events.
Candidates should have experience implementing enterprise wide SFDC solutions.
