Position : Peoplesoft Financial Consultant (functional)
Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : 12 Months
Skills and Experience Required :
OLFM Application Functional SME to serve on the AO support team
OLFM application technical support analyst.
-Version OLFM R12
-Understanding of the key business flows within the OLFM module to support the business.
Responsible for :
- Leasing and financial application support, monitoring, issue triage, problem/enhancement requirements, test preparation, design, code reviews, test execution, documentation, change management, and change validation.
- Working with business users to understand needs, issues, opportunities for Client IT team to better serve the business function(s)
- Serve as a mentor and coach to teach the key business flows in the OLFM and related applications
- Learn and operate under team structure to meet all SLR and KPI
- Understand boundary and touch points of the OLFM application
- Submitting timesheets on time for both Accenture and client
- Raise issues and risks to appropriate leadership as required to ensure clear understanding and appropriate mitigation actions can be taken to ensure services can be provided to the business
