1+ years' experience with JQuery and jqGrid plugin
Familiarity with using templates
Experience with Bootstrap 3 CSS framework
Responsive Design
REST API experience
Familiar with: Java JDK 6/7, JSP, Struts 2
1+ years' experience with Site Mesh or Tiles
1+ years' experience building JSP custom tag libraries
