Job Title : QA Analyst / QA Engineer
Location : Eagan, MN(Need Local)
Contract : 6+Months Contract
Face to Face Interview
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE based development
1+ years of related software testing experience
Experience with IDE & Enterprise Source Code Control tools (e.g. Eclipse, Visual Studio, TFS)
Experience developing and/or testing Oracle and/or SQL or other relationship database
Experience using JUnit, TestNG or other testing based framework
Experience writing test documentation (e.g., test plans, test scripts, etc…).
Experience using defect/issue-tracking tools (e.g.Jira, TFS, VersionOne)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and good organizational, analysis, and problem solving skills.
Possess a strong technical aptitude, and exhibits passion for applying quality best practices.
Hard working, self-starter with a proven record of completing assigned tasks on-time.
Preferred or Desired Qualifications:
Experience and technical knowledge in the following areas: J2EE, Websphere, Tomcat, Spring.
Experience with software automation tools (e.g. Selenium, etc.)
Experience testing Web Services (e.g. Rest, SOAP)
Experience in XML parsing
Experience with database tools (e.g., SQL Developer, TOAD, etc.).
Experience in developing or working with test harnesses and test tools.
Experience with Agile development methodology.
