Soft Skills(Must Have): Ability to communicate effectively, Good presentation and inter-personal skills,

Leadership Qualities and Should be proactive and Self driven

Desirable Skills:

Ability to Generate and Publish reports using HP ALM/QC,

Java and PL-SQL Programming
