Job Description

Ø  2 years techno-functional experience in PeopleSoft Finance, HCM, Portal, CRM and EPM applications.

Ø  Prior working experience in the provision of 24X7 production support service

Ø  Experience in software requirements gathering and use case development

Ø  SKILLS

Ø  Strong working knowledge of SQL/Plus, Application Designer, SQR, Crystal, People Code, Application Messaging and DMS scripts.

Ø  Good understanding of UNIX commands and shells scripting.

Ø  Good understanding of the  Application Server, Process Scheduler, and Web Logic server in Unix and NT environments.

Ø  In-depth understanding of the perspectives and needs of the customers for owned software component(s) support

Ø  Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ø  Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Ø  Strong command of standard desktop software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Ø  Proven ability to effectively manage tasks and activities.
