Position: Remedy Developer

Duration: 6 months+

Location: Houston

Rate is market value.

Kindly Note: Person should have minimum 2-3 Yrs of experience in Remedy. 
Required Skills:

• Remedy Core Development (Version 6.X onwards)
• Custom Application Development (Local & Deployment)
• Remedy Installation on UNIX and Trouble shooting
• Configuration and Implementation of ITSM
• Customization of Out-Of-Box ITSM Applications
• CMDB Implementation & Asset Management Implementation
• Mid-Tier Installation and Configuration
• SLM - Defining the SLAs, Rules and Milestones
• Change Management - Configuring Approval Process/Rules
• Third Party Integration experience ( CSV file import automation, DB-to-DB updates, WebServices, EIE etc)
• Using Migrator for code deployments and Data Migration
• ARS Reports

Additional Skills:

• SQL/Oracle Programming & Stored Procedures
• Crystal Reports Design
• Web Services
• Approval Engine Trouble shooting

Nice to have:

• Using DB Links in Remedy Objects
• CMDB Driver Utility
• Command Line Remedy Import
• SQL Server Linked Servers
• Experience in Custom Applications With Approval Engines
• Integration of Any BMC/Third Party Monitoring Tools
