Position: Help Desk consultant
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 1Year  Contract
Rate : $ 15 on C2C or 1099.

Local to NY or near by

Must-haves
Possess an Associate's Degree or higher in Computer or Information Science OR at least one (1) year of satisfactory work experience on an IT Help Desk/User Support environment.
Associates Degree in Computer or Information Science AND at least 1 year of satisfactory work experience on an IT Help Desk/User Support environment
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer or Information Science
Demonstrated Help Desk Certification/Training
Demonstrated Customer Service Certification/Training
Demonstrated experience with Service-Now.com software or relevant tool
Relevant Technical Certifications including hardware (A+), Microsoft (MCP or MCDST), and Cisco (CCENT or CCNA)
Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
Demonstrated experience in incident management including facilitating tickets and following up with resolvers through problem resolution
Demonstrated leadership, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
