Requirements

1.       Pega experience.     

2.       Experience in development and execution of automated test scripts.  We're using the 'QTP' product here (that specific tool knowledge would be a HUGE plus). 

3.       Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

      4.       Must be able to work very independently in a rapid-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, multi-task successfully and be self- managed and motivated.  I don't have     the time or inclination to micro-manage anybody, and we have no formal training program.  The right candidate will be proactive and confident in their abilities.
