Location:Phoenix, AZ

Duration:8 months

Interviewtype: Phone interview

 

Requirements:

·        Demonstrateunderstanding of key transportation and logistics business drivers andchallenges

·        Demonstratestrong collaboration skills with customer and internal resources to reach bestin class solution design.

·        Demonstrateskills and experience with UML and other process flow diagram tools design and presentsolutions to all stakeholder levels.

·        Successfullycompleted multiple OTM implementations

o       FullOTM module range (Order mgmt- Planning and execution-Freight settlement)

o       Asa standalone OTM implementation

o       Aspart of Oracle EBS implementation or environment

·        Demonstratedcompetencies across OTM

o       Fullmodules (Order mgmt- Planning and execution-Freight settlement)

o       Agentworkflow and process automation

o       Userconfiguration

o       KPIand Reports

·        Transportationand logistics operations experience will be a big advantage

o       Industry:LSP/3PL, CPG, Retail, Hi-tech, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, and Chemical

o       Transportationmodes: road, fleet, ocean, air, parcel and inter modal

·        Globaltrade management and warehouse management experience will be a bonus

o       ProductStrategy

·        Selfstarter and excellent problem solver

·        Excellentwritten/verbal communication skills

·        Strongability to manage key stakeholders and influence change with clients

·        Strongrelationships in the transportation and logistics industry.

·        Strongrelationships in the OTM community

o       Businessdevelopment

o       ProductDevelopment
