Title: TIM/TAM Architect (IBM Tivoli / MMIS Architect)
Location: Sacramento, CA/Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

Perform the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the support and development of CA-MMIS IT enterprise architecture, IT governance and related processes
· Conduct security assessments and identify solutions in the areas of administration process and user provisioning, identification and authentication, authorization, identity centralization, federation, single sign on, and compliance reporting
· Identify the appropriate security solutions based on the gathered information and known business processes
 
Skills:
· The individual must have at least 5-10 years of I/T experience on a variety of platforms and technologies with at least 3 years of building N-Tier/SOA web-based business applications.
· In addition, this candidate must have 3-5 years of professional experience with the implementation of a 3rd party COTS security product, such as IBM Tivoli Identity and Access Manager (TIM/TAM) or Sun One Identity Manager. The candidate must have hands-on experience implementing applications that required single sign-on to a combination of custom developed application components and 3rd party COTS products.
