Position: Call Flow Engineer

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 6-12 months

 

 Strong knowledge of Cisco ICM/CVP/CUCM infrastructure, ICM Scripting, and Configuration.

-Deep Contact Center analysis, engineering, and design skills in ICM/CVP Applications including Skill Groups, Call Flows, Queuing, and TFN/Business Routing.

-Familiarity with Avaya PBX/ACD Applications and Configurations.

-Proficiency in using MS Visio Application
