POSITION : Data Analyst
LOCATION : Pennington NJ
DURATION : 6+months contract*

JOB DESCRIPTION:
MUST HAVES:
5+ years experience with data integration as a data analyst
SQL Query skills-Must be an expert with Query between different databases
Strong data mapping skills (should know how to connect data between tables. Inner joints and outer joints)
Great client facing skills and good communication
Strong skills with ETL, specifically SSIS (similar to Informatica)
MUST HAVES:
5+ years experience with data integration as a data analyst

Data Analyst - 5-7 years' experience in analysis with expertise in different technologies, business areas, application wide analysis, and proposal of solutions. Assemble, analyze, and represent business requirements. Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and project strategies, and engage in negotiations. These resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD, and DRP sessions, etc. Senior Business Analysts should also be able to perform as team leaders when necessary.
Project Specific Requirements:
1. Prior experience with Compliance Applications or tools
2. Prior exposure to data integration application development
3. Ability to take ambiguous requirements and detail out the requirements into functional specifications
4. Review of requirements, functional specifications with Business Stakeholders
