Job Title: SAP HR BEX Consultant
Location: San Jose, CA and Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 1 Year
Implement and maintain the HR application, deliver support within the assigned area, Expertise in designing SAP BW Solutions, Experience in SAP BW implementations, Ability to translate functional requirements to BW solutions & architecture, Ability to govern SAP BW developments towards structured, standardized and future proof landscape
Job Description:
Gathering and reviewing of critical inputs to the overall analysis of how to move 110 automated reporting over to new SAP BW operational data store
Actively partners with IT Project team , IT Operations team, and HR reporting team and relevant stakeholders to gather current state vs.to be state
Specific Global HR reporting responsibilities:
Move 110 Bex reports that are automated report From one SAP business warehouse to the new SAP BW operational data store
Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the
development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support
Testing SAP BW Architecture
Required to do end to end testing in SAP BW and identify bugs
Complete Unit Testing of developed reports
Work with Quality Assurance resources to complete System and Integration Testing.
Experience:
1- 3 years experience - SAP delivered BEx reports.
Experience Generating data into Excel spreadsheets for reports using BEx Query Designer.
3 + years knowledge on Info Cubes / Multi Providers ..
1 + analytical, problem solving skills
Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
Experience with SAP BW Business Explorer Analyzer (BEx), SAP BW Web Query development, enhanced features of BW reporting including use of
WEB reporting and reporting agents and the Web Application Designer.
Job Requirements:
Experience performing reporting in SAP BW environment
Experience with SAP BEx 3.x/7.x versions tools..
Experience with BEx queries, workbooks, Key Figures & Variables.
Knowledge of concepts and architecture of the SAP Business Information Warehouse
MUST be willing to travel to San Jose and Arizona
